I agree, I won't be sorry to see Stefanski go. The hiring of Eddie Jordan was a huge mistake, they had history, and friendships in the front office almost never equals success. I'd be heartbroken if the Sixers moved, even if it was to New Jersey. I can't see them moving the team, guess it would make sense since they don't have much leverage when it comes to venue/TV deal.

Good Riddance! He hasn't done anything that impressive. I will never forgive him for Eddie Jordan. I like Rod Thorn and I hope we keep him. I saw they said they are signing a long term lease, which I thought was crazy. The only way to make this franchise worth more is to take it to Camden and get a riverfront stadium.

Yes, I did. No one is saying he's not a good player, but his numbers are inflated, bud. And, he DOES take more shots than anyone else, actually Ellis averaged more field goal attempts than any one in the top 40 in scoring in the NBA. He's a wanna be Allen Iverson who's more like a better version of Lou Williams. You aren't honestly comparing him to Kevin Durant or Kobe Bryant?

Considering the Warriors played better when he wasn't in the lineup speaks volumes. Don't buy into the NBA hype machine, bud. Ellis is perhaps one of the most overrated players in the NBA. If he were the "elite" scorer many think he is, the Warriors wouldn't be attempting to trade him away for a defensive wing with a terrible contract.

Did you actually say that Monta Ellis would not be mistaken for an elite scorer in the NBA? Obviously you don't watch many west coast games. That is exactly what he is. Actually there aren't many guy MORE elite in scoring. He was in the top 5 in scoring for most of the season and its not because he just shoots a lot. He shoots a very high pct. Higher pct. than Durant or Kobe. Get a clue bud

[...] However, in the grand scheme of things, the Kaman trade would be much more beneficial for the Sixers. While acquiring Monta Ellis would boost the Sixers scoring, it doesn’t free up much cap space. And as I wrote yesterday, the deal could cause more problems than it solves. [...]
